Application and Features
The rod-type hydraulic cylinder with magnetic proximity switch is used to control the stroke position of the hydraulic cylinder. The proximity switch is a non-contact sensitive component, with no contact and no wear, providing a switch signal that is safe and reliable. The position of the proximity switch can be adjusted freely within the stroke range.

Precautions for Using Magnetic Switches
1. The voltage, current, and contact capacity used for the magnetic switch must not be overloaded;

When installing the switch in the middle position, the maximum speed of the cylinder should be within 300mm/s to ensure that the response speed of relays and others can be adapted, and to keep the operation in good condition. Please avoid using it in strong magnetic fields or high current areas. When installed in parallel with a magnetic switch hydraulic cylinder, the movement of the magnet close to the hydraulic cylinder may interfere with each other, affecting the signal transmission accuracy.
